1996 Geo Tracker No start no fuel pump response no dash lights

1996 Geo Tracker No start no fuel pump response no dash lights. Trouble codes for the TCC torque converter clutch and a blown fuse. Turns out the throttle position sensor wires were chafed and shorting out on the top of the starter motor.
