What model/size Flowmaster did you go with? I swapped the 2.7 V6 from an XL-7 into my 2-dr Tracker and it’s time to do something about the exhaust. Any trouble with fitment?
My Tracker is a 1999 2dr Convertiable. The flowmaster exhaust is a 40 series (im pretty sure about that) I do not know which one it is tho. I had Mufflex in Tenton NJ install it for me. My engine is a 2.0 L it also has a K&N intake. you can take a look at my gallery for more pics. The tail pipe is 2/4″ and the tip is stainless steal. The total cost was $417.00 with tax. Its well worth it.

yea I also have a k and N air intake system on mine, mines only a 1.6 but I need a new muffler so Im loking into it
i got a XL-7 that must have some balls in that lil thing, whats that sound like with an exhaust.
what kind of engine is in it is it the v6

I have a 02 4 door 2.0 auto cold air kit real good shape 23575 on it does the exhaust give you much more power I need more after going with the bigger tires thanks
Ya i have 1.6 8v in my 92 and it’s not runnin to good. after it warms up it runs about 500RPM’s and if you turm it off and let it sit for about 20min. it dosent turn back on. everyone says it the ECU but its accualy the fuel injecter(the JET).
I’ll probably put cherry bombs or flowmaster on mine after i get it runnin.I might put it as a side pipe before the rear tire.LOL
