how to install a radio in a 2002 Chevy tracker?

I am attempting to install a pioneer radio into a car and it wont turn on no matter how i wire it. i have used a adapter and wired it directly and all connections are stable.

check the ground if not that check the acc make sure its on if not that check the fuses if not that….. the radio is bad
