how to saftly remove the flashing beeping fuse block on a 2001 chevy tracker?

my 2001 tracker is giving me fits with the fuse blk. beeping and the lights flashing.for my own ,operation I want to rid me of the block with a by-pass item

Sorry Jack, but your question makes no sense. You cannot by-pass your fuse block! Beeping-what’s beeping? Lights flashing-which lights? Why do you think it’s the fuse block? Maybe you can re-write your question with more information in order to get some help.
