sound of a rebuilt engine of suzuki vitara. 1000 kilometers after rebuild, 1.6 8v engine. main and rod bearings were replaced. pistons and piston rings were not changed. it had a slight rod knock before rebuilt, rod bearing clearence was almost 0.4-5 milimeters. sound seems a little loud to me, and i’m thinking that the engine is ticking excesively. wanna hear your opinion. i would like to mention that piston to wall clearence is almost 0.5 milimeters but compression is very good. i am planning to change the pistons this fall.

I have priced this 93 Geo Tracker at a median price compared to others on this site since it has after market hard tops and rims. I bought another vehicle last year so I had this one sitting in the garage collecting dust. I am selling this car in order to purchase a bounce house for the kids. My neighbor who is a mechanic helped me give it a good tune-up and fix other issues that it had for a smother ride. This a used car with minor issues but unlike other used cars this one looks great. I have taken out the after market radio and speakers in order to keep the price down. The AC needs work but with the option of driving with one or both tops off you might not need it. I wont lie this car is really fun to drive. It has 140000 miles, low for a 93. 2wd automatic After giving it a good wash it almost makes me want to hold on to it. Diego 817-896-2701
