What kind of transmission fluid should I use for a 2003 Chevy Tracker?

Tracker is 2003, 4 cyl, with 4 wheel drive, automatic.
Hasn’t been shifting right lately & idles high.

dexron 3, or now they make multi vehicle fluid that is universal, look on the dipstick it should tell you, or in your owners manual.
have u checked fluid level? 2003 needs flush and filter…also scan computer and tune it…usually a 2003 will have had no maintaince for its whole life…..its giving a sign…it wants attenion..i use advance auto for free scan…oh,,,dextron…the parts guy/gal will show you what to get…really
dextron 3 will be just fine, but it sounds like it needs changing and a new filter too.
